C.S. Venkatakrishnan

C.S. Venkatakrishnan has been Group Chief Executive of Barclays since November 2021.

Prior to his appointment as Group CEO, he served as Head of Global Markets and Co-President of Barclays Bank PLC. He has also served as Chief Risk Officer at Barclays. Before joining Barclays, he worked at JPMorgan Chase from 1994, where he held senior roles in Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Risk.
