In his role as Chief Financial Officer for Dow, Jeff is a member of the company’s executive committee that sets strategic direction, defines priorities, establishes corporate policy, and manages governance. Before rejoining Dow in late 2023, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Leggett & Platt, a $5 billion diversified global manufacturer. Prior to his tenure at Leggett & Platt, Jeff served in various finance leadership roles at Dow, spanning a more than 25-year career with the company. “FCLTGlobal is an esteemed organization that has demonstrated a commitment to aligning strategy with long-term objectives. I am honored to join the board and believe that together we can advance our shared vision, set new standards of excellence, and contribute to a sustainable and more prosperous future for the business community,” said Tate.

Prior to her election, Janet served as EY Vice Chair and Regional Managing Partner of the EY Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), where she led diverse teams of over 14,000 professionals in total across 90 offices. In her 30 years at EY, Janet has provided assurance and consulting services to leading Fortune 500 companies and worked with boards, audit committees and senior management to resolve complex business issues.

“I am proud to continue EY’s contribution to FCLTGlobal’s mission by serving on its board of directors. I look forward to finding ways to catalyze the important work the organization is doing to promote long-term value creation in the investment ecosystem and to build a prosperous and sustainable economy for all communities,” said Truncale.

Allyson Tucker is Chief Executive Officer of the Washington State Investment Board, which manages more than $205 billion for state retirement plans, insurance funds, and other public trust assets. Alongside these three additions, Carmine Di Sibio, former EY Global Chairman and CEO, has come to the end of his board term. He will continue to work closely with FCLTGlobal as a Strategic Advisor.

“In today’s ever-changing investment landscape, adopting a long-term mindset and understanding the pressures across the investment value chain are more important than ever,” said Di Sibio. “I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to support FCLTGlobal’s mission, and I look forward to our ongoing collaboration.”
