Boston, MA – FCLTGlobal, a non-profit organization whose mission is to focus capital on the long term to support a sustainable and prosperous economy, announced today that Peter Harrison, former Group Chief Executive of Schroders, and Geraldine Matchett, former Co-CEO and CFO of DSM-Firmenich, are retiring from its Board of Directors.
FCLTGlobal was established as an independent organization in 2016. Its members include prominent companies from around the world, working together to create actionable research and tools that drive long-term value for savers and communities. Members engage in action-oriented programs and actively contribute to research efforts that advance long-term strategies for companies and investors globally.
Peter, who has long been an advocate for long-term investment strategies, shared his thoughts on this transition. “The organization’s vision to reshape how businesses and investors approach today’s biggest issues is something I remain passionate about. I’m excited to continue supporting this important work as a Strategic Advisor, where I can help guide FCLTGlobal’s evolution as it drives lasting change.”
Geraldine reflected on her time on the board. “It has been an honor to be part of FCLTGlobal’s journey,” said Geraldine. “The work we’ll continue to do together is rooted in a shared commitment to ensuring sustainable, long-term value for our global communities.”
Their expertise and leadership have played a critical role in guiding the organization’s mission. As they move into these new advisory roles, FCLTGlobal extends its deepest gratitude for their years of service and looks forward to continuing to benefit from their insights and support.
